REPLACEMENTS ALLOWED FOR ITEMS RECEIVED WITH DAMAGE
Exchanges:
Exchanges will only be made if the wrong item was sent.
Claim must be made within 7 days of delivery date and you must email cocoasoulcanvas@gmail.com with clear images of what you received and copy of the order showing it is the incorrect item.
Once we confirm this, we will send you a shipping label to return the incorrect item and we will send out the correct item.
Replacements:
Replacements will only be made if the item is received damaged.
Claim must be made within 7 days of delivery date and you must email cocoasoulcanvas@gmail.com with clear images of damaged items upon receipt.
Once we confirm this, we will ship out a replacement for damaged item(s).
