REPLACEMENTS ALLOWED FOR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED or ITEMS RECEIVED WITH DAMAGE
Replacements:
Replacements will only be made if the wrong item was sent or if the item was received damaged.
Claim must be made within 7 days of delivery date and you must email cocoasoulcanvas@gmail.com with clear images of what you received to either show damage or show the item is incorrect compared to the order.
Once we confirm this, we will ship out a replacement for damaged item(s).
